OK, so when can I save some people some time and send a care package to D.C. of all the junk mail I get from people sending me pizza coupons, anti-parasite pills ads, aluminum siding brochures, satellite dish flyers, dozens of postcards from the Milkman, and the postcards from the Republican National Committee?
