Yes Dubai has grown fast with the help of the US dollar. Most of the Middle Eastern countries have become rich off the stolen money given by the Bush Administration. Look as the idiots invaded and cleaned out the US Treasury for pay offs, these Middle Eastern men took their money and invested in their own. Remember the 280 Billion dollars stolen from the Iraq bank in the safe Green Zone that was never found, all of Saddam's money never found, sale of US equipment, pay offs for fake information, planes with loads of US money shot down and never found. Just look at Dubai and other countries growth and there's the money. The Middle East will soon have their own banking system and that's it.
