Criminal probe into U.S. Embassy in Iraq construction.

First off that is going to be a huge embassy, right on the Tigiris River, some prime land. Way overboard on the site (size and location) and price tag, so this is where our tax dollars are going? And why do we need this extravagant Embassy??
