JLtv: A snippet of the Rugby Man's Q & A at Amherst College.

Fitzgerald spoke at Amherst College in Massachusetts in May 2007. Here he talked about how he had to cope with the negative feedback after the Libby case. To add to Fitzgerald's speech, great leaders are praised and/or criticized in any shape and form in whatever career path that they are in. It is not the circumstances that the leaders have to deal with. It is how they handle those particular circumstances and overcome those circumstances and keep going. Great leaders know who they are and where they are going. Enjoy the video. Cheers!

It's always good to see and hear from my Little Angel. Now at lease I know he knows how to delete. He was right it's good to listen to different honest point of views. Fitz shows great leadership and it's expressed by those he works with. I look at Fitz like Michael Jordan. Ok let me explain. Michael took good players and made them great by his leadership and example. Fitz is doing the same with the lawyers he works with. All are good lawyers but with the Leadership, guidance, teaching and example all of them will become great leaders in their own right. Look for their names to shine as I know they will.

But as for Fitz and Randall well their my best friends and really special.
