War Widow to Bush: "You're Here to Serve the People. And the People Are Not Being Served With This War."
I just got off the phone with Hildi Halley, a woman from Maine whose husband is a fallen soldier. Yesterday President Bush met with her privately, and news of their meeting was reported in a local Maine paper, the Kennebec Journal. The paper shared few details of the meeting, saying simply that Halley objected to Bush's policies and that she said Bush responded that there was no point in them having a "philosophical discussion about the pros and cons of the war."
But Halley has just given me a much more detailed account of her meeting with Bush. She told me that she went much farther in her criticism of the President, telling him directly that he was "responsible" for the deaths of American soldiers and that as a "Christian man," he should recognize that he's "made a mistake" and that it was his "responsibility to end this." She recounted to me that she was "very direct," telling Bush: "As President, you're here to serve the people. And the people are not being served with this war."

Oh god.. Please... An agent posting as Al Queda with one of the homeboy terrorist wannables??? Man, we are in seriously trouble in understand the world of terrorism overseas... In fact that undercover video should be on the most funniest videos.. I went on NBC Nightly News blog with Brian Williams. Brian said on one of his postings on his blog that he was randomly searched at the airport. And they confiscated his cashews!!! Airport security said that it posed as threat! I think the security reallty confiscated the cashew for their snack! The DHS are becoming dumber and dumber...

Kittybowtie cat Fitz's blog has been up for a long time. It was just for real people and it was fun to hear about he everyday problems like spilling mustard on his tie or pants and asking how to get the stain out. With fame comes problems and snakes. Yes we now have looney's on the blog but I will never give in the to the ones trying to destroy it. Some of us remain loyal to Fitz and just say what we want and more on and don't get caught up in the crazies comments. You can now tell who's a real Patrick J. Fitzgerald supporter and who's just there to be a pain.
Well, let's just hope Fitz's blog goes back to normal after the smurf's trial...
Your are right, Kttybowtie! Brian Williams should have hold up a cashew at the end of his show and have commentary. He should have said: "you see this (cashew). This is a weapon of mass destruction. The airport security confiscated by 10 bucks worth of cashews. I wonder if the terror level will be raised to orange for a possible terror threat:cashews!!!" LOL!
He wouldn't say that. But, I would. The airport securoty has really gone insane with restrictions.. I wonder what the airport will be like for Labor Day weekend??
Anyway, glad that the Gerbil was put in his place by that women. The Gerbil doesn't understand that there are a lot of Cindy Sheehans in this country that want answers!
