The Law Firm of Levi & Korsinsky LLP Launches an Investigation Into Possible Breaches of Fiduciary Duties by the Board of Directors of Lender Processing Services, Inc.

The investigation concerns whether the Board of Directors and certain other officials breached their fiduciary duties by engaging in the improper processing of mortgages and mortgage foreclosures as well as the improper sharing of attorney fees.
