There is nothing classy about Ryanair. It shatters the business model. If people think Southwest is off-the-wall, dang, they are straight laced compared to Ryanair.
When I first saw the headline, I thought the CEO made fun of his own laid off employees, then read he made fun of another company's laid off employees. That does not make it right, but in perspective, at least it was less evil than I thought.
