Blackstar News and other reporters requested copies of the Police report, and the 911 call from the "witness" of death of foreclosure activist Sunny Sheu

I will be following this story closely as something smells rotten in Denmark in the murder of foreclosure activist Sunny Sheu. Reporters from ABC news and the Blackstar News among others have requested copies of the Police report, and the 911 call from the "witness" but in violation of New York State Law of FOIA.
