Please see the below calendar for foreclosure hearings and schedule Judge Starnes and Judge Thompson as equally as possible for all of the Senior Judge dates for September and October. I would appreciate you letting me know next Wednesday, July 14 who is scheduled for each of the below Senior Judge dates.

Please disregard the dates for Mag. Diamond and Mag. Hawthorne. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

September

Senior Judge Schedule:

Hearing dates: September 1,2, 20,21,24 and 27- 75 cases at 8:30 and 100 cases at 1:00

Docket soundings: September 7, 9, 13, 14, 22, 23, 28, 29 and 30- 75 cases at 8:30 and 75 cases at 1:00

Trial Days Available: Sept. 15 and 16

Friday Summary Judgment dockets: Sept. 3, 10, 17 and 24- 250 cases at 8:30 and 250 cases at 1:00

Magistrate Diamond Schedule:

Docket Sounding Dates: Sept. 1,2, 22,23,24,27, 28, (60 at 8:30 and 60 at 1:00)

Trial Days Available: Sept. 29
lengthy Hearings (15 mins. or longer) set for Sept. 30 at 8:30,9:30, 10:30, 1:00,2:00,3:00 and 4:00- set four hearings per hour

Magistrate Hawthorne Schedule:

Set her for a docket sounding for every day that she is working in September. 60 cases at 8:30 and 60 cases at 1:00. She should not need any office time since she is in court doing docket soundings.

Senior Judge Schedule:

Hearing Dates: Oct. 4,5, 11, 12, 18, 19 (75 cases at 8:30 and 100 cases at 1:00)

Docket Soundings: Oct. 6, 7, 13, 14, 21,25,26,27,28 (100 cases at 8:30 and 100 cases at 1:00)

Trial Days Available: Oct. 18 and 19
