SEATTLE, April 14, 2011 (BusinessWire) – Attorney Advertising. Keller Rohrback L.L.P. (http://www.krclassaction.com/) is currently investigating Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM), including their subsidiaries, regarding alleged abuses related to violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and other claims. Specifically, the SCRA provides certain financial protections for military servicemembers who are on active duty or are deployed so that they can serve their country without being unduly distracted by their mortgage loan obligations.
