Take a look at the signatures on my NOD and Sub of Trustee. Notice that Quality Loan filed the NOD before they filed the sub of trustee. Also I guess that Quality Loan may just have to assert that they have permission to create a sub of trustee for themselves without any one from BofA involved. This seems to be the case because my investigation shows Jeffrey Cowan not employed at BofA at the time Sub of Trustee was signed.
