On Tuesday's House Financial Services Committee hearing, David Lowman, chief executive for JPMorgan Chase's home mortgage division, said "come to me", referring to the troubled homeowners. Ah, JPMorgan Chase's innovative "Come To Me With Your Complaints" customer service program, didn't last that long in the hearing.
