Arnold's wife caught again! This time is parking in a red zone.

Arnold's really gonna be seeing red after this because his scofflaw wife once again blatantly disobeyed the rules of the road ... and parked her non-emergency vehicle in a red zone!!!!

We're told Maria Shriver left her Escalade in the verboten spot for almost an hour while visiting the doctor's office in Santa Monica.

Maria should have known better -- her husband wrote the intro to the DMV's 2009 "California Driver Handbook," which includes the passage, "As Governor, I urge you to study this handbook and apply what you learn to help keep you and your loved ones safe."

Page 51 clearly states the rules of the red zone, "Red: No stopping, standing, or parking."

On the plus side -- at least the First Lady of California got off the phone before driving away this time.

Update: Maria apologizes for her gaffe. And, no, she didn't get a ticket!

Is she going to end her cell phone conversation before getting in and driving?

Maybe if there was no photographer around she would continue the call.

This will continue because she knows nothing will happen. Now Third it was three times she was caught using her cell phone with no ticket and now one hour in the red zone. The California Media just brushed it off as if it was nothing, the police chief made an excuse that didn't fit and Maria could careless. Now I expect Californians will use her as their excuse when given a ticket soon.

Jackie,

In the city of Chicago, not having a hands free device for your phone and driving is illegal.

Seriously, if you have to talk that much on your phone, you should have a hands free, or bluetooth, they aren't that expensive, get a universal bluetooth at Best Buy or Target.
