TOP TEN INDICATORS THAT YOUR EMPLOYER HAS CHANGED TO A CHEAPER HEALTH CARE PLAN:

(10) Your annual breast exam is done at Hooters.

(9) Directions to your doctor's office include "Take a left when you enter the trailer park."

(8) The tongue depressors taste faintly of Fudgesicles.

(7) The only proctologist in the plan is "Gus" @ Roto-Rooter.

(6) The only item listed under Preventive Care Coverage is "an apple a day..."

(5) Your primary care physician is wearing the pants you gave to Goodwill last month.

(4) "The patient is responsible for 200% of out-of-network charges," is not a typographical error.

(3) The only expense covered 100% is "embalming."

(2) Your Prozac comes in different colors with little M's on them.

AND THE NUMBER ONE SIGN YOU'VE JOINED A VERY CHEAP HEALTH CARE PLAN:

(1) You ask for Viagra and they give you a Popsicle stick and Duct Tape.

Cute.

Anyhow from a previous day's post.

Robert Gibson retiring and Sawyer replacing....

I can only hope Gibson is retiring, and not because of the reason's Peter Jennings had to...

I saw Sawyer on 60 minutes, but since I always work during the day I can't comment on her Good Mornining America show.

I don't know but maybe the thought is to get the familiar morning news people on in prime time and you will get more viewers who are familiar with them? Didn't they do that with Couric? But Sawyer did do primetime with 60 minutes so she may have more of a following.

It will be interesting to see if she does better than Couric.

That's Charlie Gibson not Robert Gibson. Now I hope that Gibson doesn't jump to Fox News. But, Gibson hasn't been anchor that long. It just makes me puzzle to why he would retire. Jennings is another story. He had cancer. Brokaw "retired" as anchor of NBC News. But, he never retired from journalism.

Also Brokaw stepped in "Meet the Press" until Gregory took over.

Temp brain freeze on Gibson's first name, nice catch.

Dan Rather got a raw deal that forced his early retirement. Can't say I have watched Couric, I watched Brokaw and now Williams, and don't think I will be jumping ship.
