It looks like Governor Mark Sanford is up for sale. Well, maybe not literally, but someone did post a Craigslist ad, saying he is.
The ad says that South Carolina has a governor, who wants to turn down the stimulus funds for education. They say there are a few catches to the supposed sale… 1 - voters in South Carolina must agree that they’d rather have stimulus funds than Sanford.. 2 - Voters in the buyers state would rather have Sanford than stimulus funds.
The ad says Sanford will go to the state, that offers the most stimulus money.

NO takes who would want Stanford except his Mother. He's stupid and clearly a user. Now maybe if someone needs a farm hand he could be useful for that.
