The International Criminal Court recently issued an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, a move Sudanese officials denounced as politically motivated. Will it ever be the case that the ICC takes former U.S. President George W. Bush to task?

As Prima Faca evidence has already been released Bush would quickly be found guilty of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity by the International Court. Most Americans and some Law Makers want to brush over the Criminal acts but if we don't face up to the crimes the same will happen to the US in the future. We have no voice in speaking of others who commit evil and criminal acts when we did the same. Right now the Sudan President has a warrant issued for crimes while the former US President has done the same. Pelosi got paid to keep the impeachment off the table but the crimes Bush/Cheney committed out even out side of the USA. Now Bush should claim insanity and hope they buy it.
