TPM:
In this weekend's YouTube address, President Obama discussed the support the federal government is giving to people in flood-damaged areas of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota:
"For at moments like these, we are reminded of the power of nature to disrupt lives and endanger communities," said Obama. "But we are also reminded of the power of individuals to make a difference."

FEMA better get ready for the big one in California.
It will be a test, who is more incompetent, FEMA or Ahanold.
My Mr. Kitty you will sign as I stand on the roof calling Help Mr. Kitty Save Me. I know you will come and save me,,,,,. Unlike the Gulf Coast Californians are ready and help each other regardless of race, income or anything thing else. As for The Terminator he's be in his plane flying out leaving everyone to fen for themselves.
FEMA was set up but it works well with good leadership. Now Obama will react quickly as we noticed with the current flood. Notice how the flood hasn't happen yet but he's right on it now. Not waiting 5 days after the event takes place. It's all about leadership and a President who works for the people. If Bush had been sober he might have thought about saving the people in the Katrina Storm but at the time it wasn't important. Remember how quickly the World and the American people came to help the Katrina Victims. Even out here in California goods were moving fast. I went to the store and a big truck was there with people asking me to buy from the list supplies for the victims. This was while Bush was still in California.
