Congressional Repubs to Supreme leader Dick: Go back to your undisclosed location.

Thinkprogress:

Former Vice President Dick Cheney has refused to stay out of the political spotlight since leaving office, giving high-profile interviews to CNN and Politico. Last night, The Hill reported that congressional Republicans are telling him “to go back to his undisclosed location and leave them alone to rebuild the

Republican Party without his input”:

Rep. John Duncan Jr. (R-Tenn.) said, “He became so unpopular while he was in the White House that it would probably be better for us politically if he wouldn’t be so public…But he has the right to speak out since he’s a private citizen.”

Another House Republican lawmaker who requested anonymity said he wasn’t surprised that Cheney has strongly criticized Obama early in his term, but argued that it’s not helping the GOP cause.

The legislator said Cheney, whose approval ratings were lower than President Bush’s during the last Congress, didn’t think through the political implications of going after Obama.

Cheney did “House Republicans no favors,” the lawmaker said, adding, “I could never understand him anyway.”

Cheney’s office refused to comment for the article. In an interview with 60 Minutes earlier this week, President Obama hit back at Cheney’s recent criticism, saying that Cheney’s philosophy “hasn’t made us safer.”

It's hard to be the head Ayatollah for the USA and just go away.

Dick is scared and is trying to save himself. He comes out only to leave messages to people like Libby and those who know the crimes he committed. Now Libby will be charged with the rest of the charges Fitzgerald didn't fail but save for later. This time Libby will go to jail. The question is will Libby sing to stay out of jail as now there's no Bush to stop it. Then there's the Assassination Squad Cheney set up and had numerous people killed. Then there's those secret companies Cheney has as he used them to have jails work for nothing and the Katrina money he stole. Then there's the Plame case and other cases Cheney involved himself in to get his way. The list is so long and there many who know the secrets. In a time of recession people need money will the story be sold, Eric Holder is investigating will people take the plea as Holder wont stop. These are reasons and not to mention the Foreign Leaders who are now being review by the International Court.
