Blago loses bid to oust Fitz.

March 7 (Bloomberg) -- Rod Blagojevich, the former Illinois Governor removed from office for abuse of power, lost a bid to oust Chicago U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald from the criminal- corruption case against him.

U.S. District Judge James Holderman in Chicago yesterday denied the two-term Democrat’s request to disqualify Fitzgerald and his staff from the case, according to the court’s Web site. Attorneys for Blagojevich argued in a January filing that the prosecutor made inflammatory comments at a Dec. 9 press conference announcing the charges and his arrest.
Read on.

Fitz got until April 7th to present indictment on Blago.

This time I agree with G-Rod. I would ask the court to appoint Lisa Lisa Cult Jam to replace baby Fitz. Lisa is so dumb the case would be dismissed because she clearly doesn't know law, while baby Fitz and his team are some of the brightest law we have today. Fitz will dig and dig until he gets the truth and then carefully only presents the points that are prima faca and will win. Saving others points for later prosecution as evidence unfolds. It's like watching a doctor do a special surgery that is so skilled only a very few and do. My advice to G-Rod is to make a deal and give up the goods on the top names to save himself and his wife. The truth always comes out anyway. Don't bother to ask Randall Samborn for any information because all you'll get is " NO COMMENT".
