Laugh of the day from House Minority Leader John Boehner [Boner] describing why Republicans supposedly have a harder time selling their policy ideas:

Iraq War
Boner voted for Iraq War. January 23, 2007: "I think it'll be rather clear in the next sixty to ninety days as to whether this plan's going to work."
2007 Iraq spending bill
Boehner, an opponent of the bill, which included a timetable for troop withdrawal, stated "We have our moment of truth...We have our opportunity to do what our forefathers have done, and that's to stand up, support our troops and to win, because the outcome of failure is actually too ominous to even think about."

After 8 years of open spending for everything from parties to prositutes now Republicans have a problem with spending US taxpayers money on US taxpayers.
