Being from the Land of Lincoln and Obama, it;s hard for me to tell if we are getting more coverage and attention to this event because he is one of ours, and this is what the state the President comes from is like, or this is national.
I know this country has O D ed on the Bushes, and the Cheney influence and all the mess that was created from the Gerbil/Darth term......
Also I wonder why so many in political reporting, reputable non-Faux Noose I mean, consider Cheney the, well for lack of a better term, the Supreme leader of the last 8 years. They act like the Gerbil was just the figurehead, like the queen, lot's of attention but not taken seriously.
