Judge to Mukasey: You have until tomorrow to respond in whistleblower protection probe.

Judge Sullivan is letting AG Mukasey off the hook! Mukasey, or his designee(s), must respond by 5 p.m. Saturday to the judge's request.

As a recap, Mukasey has to respond to the matter over violation from the prosecutors in the Ted Stevens case of a whistleblower that accused the prosecution of withholding certain information from Stevens' attorney and not receiving whistleblower protection.
