On page 14, bill makes sure no money goes directly to the Guv of Illinois.
SEC. 1112. ADDITIONAL ASSURANCE OF 1 APPROPRIATE USE
2 OF FUNDS.
None of the funds provided by this Act may be made
4 available to the State of Illinois, or any agency of the
5 State, unless (1) the use of such funds by the State is
6 approved in legislation enacted by the State after the date
7 of the enactment of this Act, or (2) Rod R. Blagojevich
8 no longer holds the office of Governor of the State of Illi9
nois. The preceding sentence shall not apply to any funds
10 provided directly to a unit of local government (1) by a
11 Federal department or agency, or (2) by an established
12 formula from the State.
13 SEC. 1113. PERSISTENT POVERTY

Rush let the cat (sorry Mr. Kitty) out of the bag with his latest statement. Rush announced that if this package passes it will succeed and the GOP will not be able to recover. McCain, Boehner, McConnell, Cantor and others some even Democrats are on a mission to block this plan so Americans can't get help and many more can lose their jobs, homes and life savings. The GOP needs Obama/Biden to fail in hopes of picking up some votes. It doesn't matter how bad it is for Americans it's all about getting this country is the worse shape possible to the blame can be pushed away from Bush/Cheney to Obama/Biden. McCain knows he owes his Party big time and he will do what every he can to destroy the President/Vice President. Eric Cantor is calling himself President Cantor already. Sarah Palin is talking to who ever will listen that she is what Americans want that folky President not Cantor the rich boy who can buy the White House. Harry Reid is all over the place as he is directed by the GOP. Feinstein/Pelosi are just sucking up to Obama/Biden in hopes of their criminal activity not comeing to light when Eric Holder becomes AG.
