LONDON – Happily contemplating another woman as the top U.S. diplomat, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Monday she will offer advice, privately, and then get out of the way.
"She won't — and you won't — hear from me again," Rice said on the day President-elect Barack Obama named Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to be the next secretary of state. "I will certainly not make the effort to comment on everything that is done."
Rice, in London on a farewell tour, said there's a lot to recommend the U.S. system of four-year presidential terms, and thus relatively short tours of duty for Cabinet ministers.

What their not reporting must have really set Connie off. I guess officials now don't have to hide their true feelings for how dumb Connie has been for 4 years. Now the highligh for her in her job as Secretary of State is playing the piano for the Queen. The Saudi King even said that was what she was worth as she was asked as Secretary of State to give the message sent by Bush/Cheney and play the piano. What will she tell Hillary well nothing really as she was never included and had no idea what the job of Secretary of State was. Even speaking Russian didn't impress Putin who made her wait for 1 hour 45 mins for a meeting, as he only spoke to her for 15 mins and said goodby. Gates was with Connie on the visit and was shocked to see how much disrepect was given to her and how she folded. Gates was use to people like Powell and Albright who all World Leaders showed total respect.
