A preliminary report on Friday night’s plane crash that killed a Summit County man should be posted in early January, but it likely will be several months before the National Transportation Safety Board completes its investigation.
Michael L. Connell, 45, of Bath Township, died in the crash at about 6 p.m. outside a vacant house at 2017 Charolais St. NW, Lake Township. No passengers were on the Piper Saratoga.

So far the investigation shows that the plane had no issues with flight control and there was no icing, Serchak said. The plane’s propeller had damage that indicates the engine was operating when the crash occurred.
A preliminary report should be filed within 10 working days, Serchak said.
NTSB has one year to complete it’s factual report and the NTSB board will vote on a probable cause ruling for the accident shortly after the report is filed.
Indications are Connell died from massive traumatic injuries. Although the wreckage burned following the crash, Connell’s body wasn’t burned, the spokeswoman said. There are no indications that Connell suffered from any medical problems, the spokeswoman said.

How smart to you have to be to know it was murder. Karl Rove threaten the life of Mike Connell and his Family several times. Connell was advised his plane was tampered with. Connell asked the Govenment for protectiion. Surpise he dies in a plan accident. Oh wait he ran out of gas or ice caused it or his health or broken wing well it was murder. Now the puzzle is his body wasn't burned yet the plane crashed and burned up. It was said he was tossed from the plane yet his injuries don't match the accident. Notice how the Media isn't reporting this murder because Karl Rove is involved. Looking back at others who died the same way as they to were given warning by the GOP. A woman was threaten and run off the road then her house was burned. What's interesting is the FBI doesn't seen to be interested in these murders. I guess because the FBI Director is working closely with Karl Rove to cover up the crimes. It's good to have in your back pocket the Court, FBI, CIA and every Govenment Department so nothing will happen to you as you go on a crime spree and commit murder.
Rove better watch his back...or his front. I know many who would like to settle this whole issue with an old fashioned duel, like gentlemen. Rove the coward surely lose and America would win.
The key is the time of death for Connell. Since his body was not completely burnt, it leaves many questions whether Connell's injuries was caused by the crash or was those injuries prior to the crash. I will follow this case very closely.
After January 20th, a full and complete investigation should be requested.

Many other victims of the Bush Mafia over the 8 years have been murdered without public notice or any attention. I'm from Jersey and I know how the Mafia finishes you off.
