NY Times Op-Ed: Let Detroit Go Bankrupt

And that is exactly the title of Mitt Romney's op-ed.

By MITT ROMNEY

IF
General Motors, Ford and Chrysler get the bailout that their chief executives asked for yesterday, you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye. It won’t go overnight, but its demise will be virtually guaranteed.
Without that bailout, Detroit will need to drastically restructure itself. With it, the automakers will stay the course — the suicidal course of declining market shares, insurmountable labor and retiree burdens, technology atrophy, product inferiority and never-ending job losses. Detroit needs a turnaround, not a check.

I was listening to Jesse Jr. talk about how we need to bail them out, because it affects too many jobs from the airbag manufacturers to the tire manufacturers. He also went on to say how he bought a Ford SUV a few years back when Ford was in trouble to help show he is helping.

Ok so it's between Jesse Jr. and Guiterriez for Senate in this State, at least that is word around town.

Also Alexi (our very cute) State Treasurer has said more than once recently he will be running for Gov.

So Alexi is cute is he.
The people of Michigan believed Mitt when he lied for their vote. He even used his Father to get over. I have lost what little repect I did have for Mitt. The people of Michigan need as much help as AIG. If the car companies got so do the jobs and even care car companies in all states. It's about people and familes. The Foreign car companies will take over and America will lose what we founded.
