Treasurer Timothy Cahill's requests to the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve Bank of Boston this week were prompted by the state's inability to borrow from the short-term debt markets, The Boston Globe reported Saturday. More to follow and all thanks to Arnie. Michigan should get on board now as should Ohio and many others. At this point leave no State behind in getting loans from the US Govenment. Look with 700 billion dollars to give away why not give some billions to the States. Make sure you don't use the Iraq 12 billion dollar pay off or the money from the US Propaganda Fund.
