A cheerleader to McCain and trying to make him look good. The Mr. Straight Talk Express that we known for tough talks suddenly lost some wheels from the RNC convention. Palin is certainly upstaging McCain. That's not good for her debut on the campaign trail. People have to wonder who is really running for President. I notice from the video that she kept reading more from her notes and less speaking to the audience with ete to eye contact. She certainly wasn’t speaking from her heart. And yes, she went on her attack mode into Obama. Watch McCain keep fiddling with his ring finger. It was just irritating me. I often say walk the walk and not talk the talk. And the debate that she faces with Biden will determine how much of a hand holding that she needs without McCain. Right now, Palin and McCain are attached to the hip on the campaign trail. The Biden-Palin debate becomes the debate on issues and not personality or popularity.

I wonder if McCain is afraid that Palin will draw more crowds than he will, if separated. She keeps repeating the same tired and false lines, imho. I guess it doesn't matter to the right if one tells the truth, if it is repeated often enough. One would think after 8 years of continuous lies of Bush and Cheney, enough is enough. McCain/Palin are no reformers, they are just like Cheney and Bush.
McCain is only look strong when Palin is around. If you take Palin out the picture, he is hosed. I will posting an article for Thursday where McCain campaigned without Palin for the first time. And he crashed and burned. He was bombarded with Obama suppoorters in Pennsylvania. He will have it tough in that state because Pennsylvania voted for Kerry in 2004 thanks to the large amount of voters in Philadelphia.
