
The sentencing of convicted political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko has been delayed for more than a month by a federal judge.
U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve granted lawyers for Rezko, a former top adviser to Gov. Rod Blagojevich, more time to file post-trial motions. A sentencing hearing that had been set for Sept. 3 has been pushed back to Oct. 28.

Rezko might be on the Bush pardon list if not he better start working on it. If he has information that could hurt the WH he just might get that pardon.
