Finally, Associated Press gets it right.

TPM:

Check out this inadvertent description of Joe Lieberman in an Associated Press story on the Veepstakes...

Check it out:

His top contenders are said to include Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. Less traditional choices mentioned include former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge, an abortion-rights supporter, and Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, the Democratic vice presidential prick in 2000 who now is an independent.

Late Update: Turns out Atrios was on this first.

Yup, that is what Ms. Pickler wrote. Two thumbs up for that!

Joe sixpack as VP? Well he's been up McCain's butt for a while and looks like McCain needs him to correct his mistakes so you never know. But it would be history as Joe Lipstick ran for VP with the Democrats and now Republicans. The voters of Connecticut will know Joe Sixpack stands for nothing and what ever fulls his pockets. I look forward to Joe speaking at both Conventions so who ever wins he can say he was on their side.
