Plame asks court to resurrect lawsuit against Bush administration in CIA leak case.

And Judge Bates needs to be removed from the Wilson's civil lawsuit. My two cents.

Thinkprogress:

Outed CIA operative Valerie Plame “is trying to resurrect a lawsuit against those in the Bush administration she says illegally disclosed her identity.” While a federal judge dismissed Plame’s case last year, her “lawyers asked a federal appeals court Friday to send the case back before the judge and force him to consider its merits.”

From the Wilsons website:

UPDATE ON THE WILSONS’ LAWSUIT

Oral Arguments for Appeal

The oral arguments in the Wilson’s appeal are scheduled for May 9th, 2008. The legal team for Appellants is led by First Amendment lawyer Erwin Chemerinsky, with assistance from the legal team at CREW.

This case has already been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't look for Justice to come back until after the new President is sworn in. Right now there are few honest Judges left in office and very few honest lawyers working for the Government. Look at the new AG Musk Rat and his Deputy doughboy both corrupt and stalling for the end of Bush/Cheney's term. I laugh when Musk Rat lies he's so bad at it, he couldn't work in Hollywood.

WEll beyond a reasonable doubt...only the activist "conservative" Bush appointed judges would allow this kind of case to be dragged out this long.
