County health chief who resigned hasn't yet left
Three weeks after saying he resigned, the controversial interim chief of Cook County's beleaguered public health system is still in charge, albeit on a part-time basis with a much lower salary, Board President Todd Stroger's administration revealed Thursday.
"That's an insult to every citizen in Cook County," said Suffred in when told Thursday about Simon's continued county employment. "It shouldn't be a secret. The guy should have the courage to say if he resigned or didn't resign, and I guess he didn't." More on the story.
Ha ha! What is he waiting for? Santa Claus? And this:
Ten weeks after it's passed, there's still no county budget
More than 10 weeks after the Cook County Board passed its spending plan and nearly six months after the fiscal year began, Cook County residents still have no access to the budget.
Cook County Commissioner Mike Quigley (D-Chicago) expressed his frustration with the lengthy wait for a final budget.

“I think it is business as usual, unfortunately,” Quigley said. “We’re going to be half-way through the year and the budget should be ready.” More on the story.
O.K. When is this clown CC board President going to be removed?

I was at that Board meeting. Toddler isn't going anywhere. He's all chirpy and happy. The Board is all smiley. In fact, Todd blew off a scheduled press conference that day and the day before. He didn't want to answer any media questions.
CA
Toddler is a flat out abomination.
Things are way out of control in CC.
