Shortly after ABC News reported on the rape of former Halliburton/KBR employee, Jamie Leigh Jones, Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) wrote to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice for answers. Her deadline to reply of Dec. 21 passed with no response. Rep. Ted Poe (R-TX) has also wrote to Rice on Jan. 3, criticizing the "lack of cooperation from her department." No response yet.

Right now Connie is with her soul mate in Isreal. She did find time to talk to Senator Obama about what he could do for the problem in Africa. Obama is busy campaigning but took time out to work with Connie, he doesn't have time for the bills in DC that might help the people of Illinois right now. Yes Senator Durbin is the only Senator representing Illinois right now. Illinois must be the only State in good condition as they only need one Senator working for them. Illinois is lucky as we're in a recession while they aren't.
