Bush's Chicago visit to start at North Side school.

Yup, he doesn't visit the south side. And I am sure that there would be a different picture of education over there..

President Bush was in Chicago Monday to tout No Child Left Behind, meet with Olympic boosters and deliver a speech on the nation's faltering economy.

Bush landed at O'Hare International Airport Monday morning and flew to Soldier Field on Marine One, where he met Mayor Richard Daley. The two shook hands, got into a limousine and headed to Greeley Elementary School on the city's North Side.

Bush and U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings will tour Greeley to tout No Child Left Behind. Federal officials tagged the high-performing, high-poverty school with Blue Ribbon status for its high test scores. About 80 percent of Greeley students passed state exams last year, besting the city and state averages.
More from the story.

Exactly no one wants to come to the South side except us South Siders, good.....so we don't have to worry about more traffic.
And yes there is a big difference in how much money is spent on what side of town for everything including schools. And no the South side hasn't fallen into Lake Michigan so we are not Coho food yet.
