Update from Ms. Palfrey's case.

Just got this email. Ms. Palfrey writes:

Hello… I write to update three subjects of interest regarding my case and situation:

1.Currently, the Court has before it the attached motions. The initial privacy motion and part of the reply brief here question the constitutionality of the federal government’s right to intrude into the private sexual behavior of its citizens, when the exchange of money, in a quid pro quo arrangement is part and parcel of such activity. Building upon the homosexual rights case, Lawrence vs. Texas (2003) – where the Supreme Court held that private, consensual sex between homosexual adults is protected under the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment – the instant argument only seeks to expand upon the intellectual debate, by augmenting a monetary component. To date, there has been no significant “test case” in the intervening four years, which challenges the expansion of Lawrence, into the realm of prostitution. The arguments contained herein bring to the Court serious rationale for such consideration. If the Court grants the motion, prostitution – albeit in private vis a vis public settings – likely would be decriminalized.

2. I am determined to see that some – actually considerable – good comes from my rather sick and twisted situation. It is important for me, that any/all related matters be addressed, if possible along with my case. In particular, Bill Keisling’s,
wk@yardbird.com investigation into the brutal murder of Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Luna (The Midnight Ride of Jonathan Luna) may have only a tangential relationship to my concern; it nonetheless is linked. In my case, all roads lead to Baltimore; specifically, the Baltimore U.S. Attorneys Office, where Jonathan Luna worked, before he was savagely murdered in an apparent mob hit, in early December of 2003. His murder and the subsequent cover-up to make his death appear to be a suicide is as puzzling as the 31 month long, “J. Edgar Hooveresque” observation and consequent prosecution of me. My case emanated out of the Baltimore U.S. Attorneys Office; specifically the Baltimore IRS’s Criminal Division, during the same timeframe as Luna’s murder. This is especially interesting since I file taxes in California and my former business was located primarily in Washington, D.C. and its general suburbs. Furthermore, there is a series of troubling aspects which are connected here, all of which indicate quite possibly a civil war of sorts within the Baltimore U.S. Attorneys Office; not dissimilar to the present investigation into the alleged improper firings of differing U.S. Attorneys throughout the country, the past year or so. In fact, Thomas DiBiagio, the U.S. Attorney for Baltimore and Luna’s boss was the very first U.S. Attorney terminated shortly after the November, 2004 election. I believe my matter and that of Jonathan Luna, as well as likely others – each in our own unique way and unbeknownst to all of us – have been caught up in a very dangerous political firestorm.

Lastly, www.DeborahJeanePalfrey.com is getting a “new facelift” (present participle – definitely not done – bells and whistles yet to come) thanks to volunteer webmasters and military veterans Mike Kuykendall and his partner, Sam Demaree. Mike and Sam are from Kansas and have been following my plight for awhile, now. They felt obliged – their patriotic duty they tell me – to assist me in “spreading the word” about the myriad of injustices and peculiarities inherent in my situation. They have lent and will continue to lend many hours of their professional time and expertise to developing a first-rate website, in the upcoming weeks/months. If you would like to include a link, logo, graphic and/or media clip for consideration, please feel free to email Mike/Sam at at phantomlimbwebdesign@gmail.com.

Sincerely,
Jeane Palfrey

Commentary: What I like to know is why Mr. DiBiagio's firing is not being looked into, Luna murder, and the connection to DiBiagio's firing to the USA firing scandal and Ms. Palfrey's case?

On a side note: I have wrote an article on an update on Ms. Palfrey's case which I had her to review this weekend for approval. The article will be posted on the blog after the article is proofread and posted on Newsinkling.org. ;D

Just when you think you've seen everything, here's the former face of communism hawking the ultimate in over-priced bags.

That's so funny!! Maybe Dear Leader in North Korea needs to hawk Visa cards next, 'cause Visa is everywhere!

You certainly won't see any ads for the Gerbil in the future. I look for the el cheapo toilet paper with Bush's face at some 99 cent store for people to really express how they feel about Bush in the bathroom. LOL!

p.s. I hope that House Judiciary Committee look into the firing of Mr. DiBiagio as his firing may linking the USA firings and Ms. Palfrey's case. Also, Ms. Palfrey attached two filings of her case which I will be looking at this week.

;D
