Newsinkling: Who is Deborah Jeane Palfrey? Part Three.

Former employee of Deborah Jeane Palfrey, Dr. Paula Neble, is set to testify that Ms. Palfrey's escort service provided illegal prostitution. Dr. Paula Neble, who worked for Ms. Palfrey between 1999 and 2006, had told a federal grand jury in D.C. that “she considered her work for Palfrey prostitution.”

According to sources, Ms. Neble's testimony made no mention of “then-Representative David Vitter, who is now a U.S. Senator representing Louisiana”. In e-mails, Ms. Palfrey tells WTOP news that “she believes Ms. Neble ‘was a favorite of Mr. Vitter's,’ but says any sex-for-payment arrangement would have been outside the structure of her legal escort business.” Ms. Neble’s attorney Kathleen Voelker would not comment on whether Vitter was a former customer of Neble's. Ms. Palfrey said, "I had each and every gal sign a contract with me at the onset of her association with me that while 'on my watch,' she [Neble] would NOT cross the line into illegality. I simply could not control what any of the women did on their own time."

Ms. Palfrey had filed a civil lawsuit with Ms. Neble and 15 Jane Does. In her civil lawsuit, Ms. Palfrey accuses Dr. Paula Neble and 15 Jane Does of breach of contract, "by engaging in illegal sexual activities with customers of the escort service." From research by WTOP news, Ms. Neble does not have a doctorate. It is clearly unknown why Ms. Neble claims that she is a “doctor.” Ms. Palfrey said that Neble and other escorts had “used her company as a referral service in order to find steady clients who saw them on a regular, ongoing basis sans my involvement once the initial introduction was made.”

There is more about Ms. Paula Neble. Ms. Neble had stayed out the limelight after being fingered as a government informant in Ms. Palfrey case. According to sources for the Daily News, Ms. Neble is a cooperating government witness. Also, according to sources, Ms. Neble has not been charged in connection with Ms. Palfrey's case and will testify for the prosecution in return for immunity. Several questions have come to my mind:

1. Why Neble who worked for 7 years for Ms. Palfrey would discover now that Ms. Palfrey ran a prostitution ring? Were there other employees made the same claim as Ms. Neble that Ms. Palfrey ran a prostitution ring? Is there a former employee or employees that can claim that Ms. Palfrey actually ran a prostitution ring for 13 years?

2. Did Ms. Neble abided by her contract with Ms. Palfrey for 7 years to not engage in sex with the clients on the job and outside the job?

3. Where are other witnesses who worked for Ms. Palfrey to back Ms. Neble’s story of illegal prostitution business?

4. What is the connection between Ms. Neble and Senator Vitter?

5. Was Ms. Neble a government informant? If so, what timeframe was Ms. Neble a government informant?

6. Did the government give Ms. Neble immunity because she violated Ms. Palfrey’s contract in exchange to testify against Ms. Palfrey?

7. How many employees of Ms. Palfrey didn’t violate Ms. Palfrey’s contract in her 13 year business?

8. Why haven’t all former employees of Ms. Palfrey who engaged in illegal activities with their clients been charged with prostitution?

9. Why haven’t the clients of Ms. Palfrey who engaged in illegal sex activities with Ms. Palfrey’s client been charged with soliciting prostitution?

I look forward to hearing Ms. Neble’s testimony. Court hearing on the motion to suppress evidence in the criminal case will be August 28, 2007 according to an email from Ms. Palfrey’s civil attorney Montgomery Sibley.

This case is now becoming more clear. The employees of Ms. Palfrey got clients then went their own way. One or more of these ladies got greedy or black mailed one of the clients. Now it's not unusual for people of steal from the business they work for. Vitter had a long time relationship with one lady maybe she wanted more.
It will be interested to hear by a signed contract wasn't obeyed. Why the clients weren't charged and why the women who did brake the law didn't get charged. This case was another dumb idea by a dumb and scared official. Taking this to a jury is be the worse nightmare. With other businesses still going and legal as what Ms. Palfrey had someone has a lot of explaining to do.
With so many Republicans getting caught in sex acts and services it will a an R or XXX rated trial.
I have to notify Fitz and Randall their not allowed to read, listen or hear any of this trash.
