Hmmm. I wonder...
From the Blotter:
Paula Neble, is known to have told federal prosecutors that she had sex for money while working for Palfrey. Palfrey is suing her for breach of contract.
And it will be interesting in court when Palfrey's attorney show a signed contract of employment by Ms. Neble that she couldn't engaged in sex while employed with Pamela Martin and Associates.
And this piece of info:
Paula Neble, who worked for Palfrey between 1999 and 2006, reportedly told the grand jury she considered her work to be prostitution. The testimony made no mention of Louisiana Senator David Vitter (R), who was then a Representative.
Neble has not been charged in connection with Palfrey's case, and will reportedly testify for the prosecution, in return for immunity, according to sources cited by WTOP.
Palfrey filed a civil suit against Neble, accusing her and 15 Jane Does of breach of contract, "by engaging in illegal sexual activities with customers of the escort service."
WTOP reports that Neble's cell phone number appeared 1,590 times in Palfrey's records, including in conjunction with calls to Vitter.

When the hold story comes out the Government is going to wish they had dropped this one. If Neble had sex it was without the approval of her boss. Next I find it interesting that Neble worked with elected officials while is was working as a prostitution. How many more elected officials did she service on her own time. Vitter is all over the place he is on record with a Prostitution business in his home State.
Now how do you prosecute a business because the employee on their own time preform prostitution. How many more ladies that work with elected officials are doing the same thing.
