Bush replied with a dismissal: “Are you still hanging around?”
Later on, Bush poked fun at the bare-pate of Robinson, joking, “You’d better cover up your bald head, it’s getting hot out.”The respected British reporter shot back, “I didn’t know you cared.”Bush responded with a cool, “I don’t.” The Mirror reports that Bush then “snorted disdainfully” and “walked away to laughter.”

Bush has to learn the hard way DON'T MESS WITH THE OVERSEAS PRESS.
Yes nothing good comes from being disrespectful I guess Mom and Dad Bush never taught that to their son. PM Brown will remember the killer lunch and how stupid and dumb Bush acted during his visit. First impressions are sometimes the lasting ones.
He does not get it......foreign countries don't like jokes being craked and all the giggling especially when you are talking about something serious. As a matter of fact he is disliked so much in other countries he need not give them any more reasons.
