I decided to probe more into Waxman's letter to the White House to preserve the emails from the RNC email accounts.
Hmmm.. From one of Waxman's references:

I decided to search on networksolutions.com. And viola! Look what I found. Two separate email addresses: georgewbush.com, RNCHQ.org, and gwb43.com. Check it out!
