Bush has used the congressional Easter recess this week to launch an attack on the Democratic leadership today for questioning his judgment and allegedly that of the military commanders on the ground by tying a withdrawal timeline to the supplemental appropriation bill. He also took a shot today at Nancy Pelosi for talking with the Syrians, even though a) GOP members of Congress have done this before without a peep from Bush; and b) the Olmert government asked Pelosi to take a message directly to Syrian president al-Assad. Democrats should have seen this coming, and they probably did, but I will take this opportunity to re-state my minority and unpopular opinion around the center-left blogosphere. Democrats should not have gotten themselves into this position of tying strings to the money this early as they have now taken partial ownership of Bush’s war at a time when moderate GOP members of Congress were ready to abandon him later this summer.

Some reporter asked the Gerbil where he was going. The Gerbil replied that he was going to his Crawford Ranch. Congress is putting the squeeze on the Gerbil. The Gerbil will be removed. American people are too irritated by him. You read what happened to the Pharoah with Moses.
They are Patriot Girl. Congress is putting more of a squeeze on the Gerbil more than ever. The purse is the key, Patriot Girl. The purse.
From The Gerbil's press conference today, he clearly needs that money. He had made too many promises to certain leaders, businesses, etc. And Congress knows that. You withhold the Gerbil's purse then his buddies will pull out from the deals that were made with the Gerbil and jepardized the Gerbil's plans and legacy. Most people may think that Congress is taking too long to remove the Gerbil. But, people have to look at that:
1. 110th Congress has taken office in January. We are now in the fourth month.
2. Count how many investigations that Waxman and Conyers have done in the four months into the Administration.
3. Look at the accomplishments that the speaker of the house (unlike Denny Hastert) has done so far in going to Syria and the welcome from Syria. And the Gerbil should have been doing what Pelosi is doing long time ago.
The only way we are going to get out of Iraq (wasn't this once the war on terror?) is to get this WH out, or wait until the end of their term. (I say they b/c the Chimp should be down at the ranch eating BBQ etc) and Darth will run things, as usual.
Remember Patriot Girl, to impeach the President would take 2/3 of Congress to push for impeachment. Even though a large majority of people want the Bush impeached. It is the 2/3 of Congress that must be convinced to push for the impeachment. But, you should not rely on Pelosi to be the person to impeach the President. It is the will of the people. If she removed the President as you say that she should, then the consequences of that action would be on her shoulders. Nixon got impeached by the will of the people.
But, I am sorry Patriot Girl. The purse is the one that is keeping the troops in Iraq and the money flowing to Cheney and the Gerbil's buddies. Sure, you can remove the President. But, the next in line for the Presidency is the Dickster. So, you have to remove bith cancer and not just the Gerbil. To remove the Dickster, you have to follow the money trail. That is what Waxman is doing.
Bush may be gone from office in 2008 but that doesn't eliminate him for his crimes in the U.S. and overseas when he is a private citizen.

Bush better hope no one puts anything in his food especially the substance now found in the dog and cat food! The Gerbil has made too many enemies. The one that we should worry about is the Dickster. He is another Ken Lay mindset.
