Vice President Cheney does not appear to share the same assessment of the situation in Iraq as Bush. On Fox News this morning, Cheney claimed, “If you look at what’s transpired in Iraq, Chris, we’ve made enormous progress.”

Cheney has been sleep the progress was a dream it's his medication that's making him sleepy. Now he woke up when he was summoned to the Saudi King for his orders.
I really can't agree with Dubya on this one. He also believes that the smurf has enormous cajones', and that history is a verb.
