Dick sought waterboarding of prisoner to 'uncover' nonexistent Saddam-Al Qaeda link

The horrors of the Cheney presidency come outI can't find the exact Time article that talks about most people turned innocent people in for the $5K reward the US gave little questions asked, so people were turning in neighbors, whomever, so the prisons that detain these people have 8% Taliban the rest innocent people.

And look at over a million Iraqi Civilian deaths (1.3 million plus) and that's not counting Afghanistan, and not to mention soldier deaths (all countries) it puts Cheney right up there with Hitler for lives lost.

The deeper this goes the more horror it shows of the pass 8 years. It's starting to sound like a bad dream or nightmare. To think any country could have had Leaders completely destroy the values of a country and no one stopped it. Cheney was allowed to commit these crimes with the help of many others.
