After a tense internal debate, the Obama administration this afternoon will make public a number of detailed memos describing the harsh interrogation techniques used by the Central Intelligence Agency against al Qaeda suspects in secret overseas prisons. The interrogation methods were among the Bush administration’s most closely guarded secrets, and today’s release will be the most comprehensive public accounting to date of the interrogation program that some senior Obama administration officials have said used illegal torture.

Yes we Torture and we murder men/woman/children. This has been known for many years and Law Makers approve it and most Americans don't care. Now what will get the US attentiion is when this conduct is done to American men/woman/children as terrorist use the same policy to get away with it. Just think a Family of four vacationing and their kidnapped, transported, held without charges, tortured/raped and even murdered. While the US demands Justice the terrorist hold up the Bush Policy as their defense. President Obama can change back the US Policy but he can't remove what was done by Bush/Cheney for 8 years.
