Reactions of Obama-Biden ticket.

Hillary Clinton's response:
In naming my colleague and friend Senator Joe Biden to be the Vice Presidential nominee, Senator Obama has continued in the best traditions for the Vice Presidency by selecting an exceptionally strong, experienced leader and devoted public servant. Senator Biden will be a purposeful and dynamic Vice President who will help Senator Obama both win the Presidency and govern this great country.
Senator Hagel:
Senator Chuck Hagel issued the following statement on the Biden selection:
"Joe Biden is the right partner for Barack Obama. His many years of distinguished service to America, his seasoned judgment and his vast experience in foreign policy and national security will match up well with the unique challenges of the 21st Century. An Obama-Biden ticket is a very impressive and strong team. Biden's selection is good news for Obama and America."
Here are the negatives. From Karl Rove's buddy, AP Ron Fournier:
The Associated Press' analysis of Sen. Barack Obama's pick of Joe Biden to be his VP: It shows a lack of confidence on Obama's part:
The candidate of change went with the status quo. In picking Sen. Joe Biden to be his running mate, Barack Obama sought to shore up his weakness — inexperience in office and on foreign policy — rather than underscore his strength as a new-generation candidate defying political conventions.
And McCain's reaction:
The McCain campaign is already out with a new TV spot hitting Joe Biden with some 2005 footage of Biden saying he'd be honored to run for president with McCain.
Look for the mudslings and the muckery muck from this Presidential horse race. Now, the radar is now on who McCain will pick as his running mate.
Also, on a side note: Now that McCain is running his negative ad on Biden's 2005 statement that he would run for President with McCain is an hint that Romeny may not be the chosen Veep. Me thinks that McCain may be leaning toward Zelllieberman. McCain would need Lieberman giving Lieberman's long extensive political resume and being Chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. It will be interesting if McCain choose Independent Democrat Joe Six Pack: the judas of the Democratic Party and a big slap in the face to the state of Connecticut and to the Al Gore-Lieberman 2000 election voters and supporters.

I've had to drink alot of smoothies to recover from the lost of the VP spot. Like a true friend I never let go nor to I turn my back on that person. I will always support and feel Hillary got robbed. My daughter talked to me about the reason Obama picked Biden. I understand but it's a wait and see if people you don't know and those who have no history. What worries me is the votes that might not come in for a Obama/Biden ticket. To cover Obama's lack of experience Biden got the VP spot with his 30 years. But Biden wasn't even wanted as President by the voters in the Primary yet he's gets the second spot. Americans are smart enough to know a VP could become President. Plus will we see another Bush/Cheney where Bush is just the front man as Cheney runs the country. Biden is out spoken and a driver one would hope he doesn't step over Obama. Yes Hillary is a driver to but we'll never know what see would do. Woman in America have seen just how far this country is willing to let a woman go. Even Pelosi who is third in line to the White House cut Hillary off at the knees without blinking an eye. Jealousy is the DNC's problem with the Clinton's and it just might bring the DNC down. Clinton is the only American who is respected and popular around the World this country will need him before he needs us. Hillary is like that gum on your shoe she will never go away until her job is complete.
