It will take another 10 days before the public gets a look at some of Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's and Christine Beatty's text messages -- but even then it may not be more than an extra glimpse into what already has been revealed, a judge said Monday.
Detroit 36th District Judge Ronald Giles declined to immediately release the contents of hundreds of messages, as sought by Wayne County prosecutors.
