The woman, Tanya Hollander, 36, is the fourth defendant to accept a plea deal in connection with the service, the Emperor’s Club V.I.P. The head of the agency, Mark Brener, 62, pleaded guilty in June to prostitution and money laundering charges. Cecil Suwal, 23, the woman who ran its day-to-day operations, admitted to similar charges on June 3. Temeka Rachelle Lewis, 32, the agency’s chief booker, acknowledged her role at the service in May.
All three are awaiting sentencing.
Ms. Hollander appeared in federal court in Manhattan on Monday to be arraigned before Judge Deborah Batts. Ms. Hollander pleaded not guilty, and a prosecutor said that she had accepted a plea agreement. The exact terms of the agreement will be disclosed when Ms. Hollander changes her plea to guilty, which is expected to happen at her next court appearance on Aug. 25.

Deals were made to protect the clients around the world and the Rich American clients. These people will get little to no time to keep their mouths shut. As for the Emperors VIP Club it continues today as an international business. The Justice Department will always protect those World Leaders, CEO and Bush/Cheney rich friends from being outed with their sex actions. Yes this was only to get Spitzer out of office, but with stupid prosecutors it got out of hand. The White House stepped in to make sure none of the clients would be outed but protected.
Americans and our Government made Ashley a celebrity for other young woman to follow. Look for more young woman to see prostitution with rich old men to be a career gold. As we see now Jamie Lynn Spears have girls having child at 16 years old. Angie/Brad have shown us just live together have kids and marriage isn't necessary anymore. We see TV reporters teaching their children to call Hillary names that shouldn't be repeated. Tweety is just totally out there with his disrespect on women and race. Bush lies in your face and acts like he just got in office this year and all these problems happen before he stole the office. This is what forms the new United States and people are following that example.
