Rove Watch: Rove's fingerprints in the Rezko probe.

We learned yesterday that Rove is allegely connected in attempting to oust Fitzgerald from his job as the U.S. Attorney in 2004 by Rove's friend and GOP National Committeeman Robert Kjellander. Again, we knew that Fitzgerald was on the lips of Gonzo's aide Kyle Sampson of possible name of the firing list. In the Rezko's case, all roads lead to the Governor of Illinois [aka Public Official A].

Here is what we know about Ali Ata [who pleaded guilty] and his connection to the Governor:

( Ali Ata)

According to state records, Ali Ata made a total of $ 81,750.00 donations to political candidates. 85% of it went to governor Blagojevich and his father in law Alderman Dick Mell. Blagojevich got the lion share in the total of $ 65000.00, and 34th Ward Alderman Dick Mell got $4000.00

Ata’s donations to Blagojevich:

6-30-2000----- $1000.00
7-30-2000---- $4000.00
8-20-02----- $5000.00
9-04-02---- $25000.00
7-25-03----- $25000.00
6-20-05---- $5000.00

Alderman Dick Mell Chicago’s 34th Ward got the total of $4000.00 from Ata.

12-25-02 $ 1000.00
12-29-03 $2000.00
1-19-05 $1000.00

And of course, Kjellander, Rove's friend, was named vice chairman for 2008 GOP convention. Let's be reminded again: Rezko told him in November 2004 of a plan to pull strings with then-
White House political director Karl Rove and have Fitzgerald fired. Here is what we know in a timeline of Rove's fingerprints in the USA firings and political influence in the Justice Department:

On March 2, 2005, Harriet Miers
received from Kyle Sampson a list ranking all US Attorneys, in part according to their loyalty to the administration. This memo from Sampson came in response to a proposal floated by Miers to remove all U.S. attorneys during Bush's second term. Fitzgerald was placed in a middle category among his peers: "No recommendation; have not distinguished themselves either positively or negatively."

In congressional testimony, Sampson said he suggested removing Fitzgerald in a 2006 conversation with top White House lawyers, but "immediately...regretted it."

But, the conversations, ideas, and blueprint of the firing and replacing U.S. Attorneys for a political agenda arised as early as January 2005.

DOCUMENT: Karl Rove E-Mail

Take this email for instance from the DOJ document dump from House Judiciary Committee last year. The e-mail exchange, dated January 6, 2005, was between then-deputy White House counsel David Leitch and Kyle Sampson at the Justice Department. The subject title was "Question from Karl Rove." Oh yes, Rove had his fingerprints in the U.S. Attorney firings. And it is not surprising that Rove's buddy, Kjellander, went to Rove to have Fitz removed as USA. After all, Rove had a lot of power in the WH. He was the architect and Bush's brain. And I wouldn't be surprised thatthe House Judiciary Committee is keeping a close eye on this new twist in the Rove connection. The big question is when is Karl Rove going to be frog march with an indictment in one of his bookshelves of crimes?

So much evidence with Karl's name all over it yet the Law Makers sit on their hands and do nothing. Just who is on the take in the Government. Not everyone is who they seem to be anymore. Now Rezko really got around. So many questions with this guy. Ok it makes since he would want Fitz out. But with the money he gave Legal officials for campaigns and future kick backs I'm going to think out loud. Obama was a close friend who got a million dollar home he couldn't afford because of his friend Rezko the deal was made. Now given the fact Mr. and Mrs. Obama are highly educated smart people and Rezko was already being investigated for crimes at the time. Let's see Mrs. Rezko brought the land so the Obama's could buy the house and later they could buy the land from Mrs. Rezko. Now that's alot to do for a friend with nothing in return. Rezko has shown a pattern of special favors for a price. The Governor make a deal with a favor attached or are we to believe with all the favors/deals Rezko did he just never looked at Obama that way evening knowing Obama had just be elected to the US Senate. Rezko would make favors/deals with Governors but not with a Senator. Ok that's it let's see how much more is released about Rezko and who else was brought and paid for.

Hmmm, Rezko seems like the Abramoff of Illinois. Abramoff played both sides because he only had one side--what was best for Abramoff's pockets.
