Remember Judge Naughty and his connection to the Denver Players prostitution scandal? Well, here is another complaint filed against Nottingham.
Another complaint alleging misconduct has been filed against U.S. Chief District Judge Edward W. Nottingham Jr., this time with the Colorado Supreme Court's Attorney Regulation Counsel.
Another complaint alleging misconduct has been filed against U.S. Chief District Judge Edward W. Nottingham Jr., this time with the Colorado Supreme Court's Attorney Regulation Counsel.
The complaint was filed by Sean Harrington on April 1. Harrington, a blogger who writes about legal issues in Colorado, has also filed a complaint against Nottingham with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals that is under review.
In a letter to Harrington, the attorney regulation counsel wrote that once the 10th Circuit completes their investigation of Nottingham, they will review the conclusions and determine whether an additional investigation is warranted.
The attorney regulation counsel is charged with disciplinary matters regarding the conduct of lawyers in Colorado. Nottingham is a federal judge, but he is also recognized as an attorney.
In the complaints, Nottingham is accused of misconduct off the bench that includes observing pornographic web sites on the computer in his chambers, arguing with a woman over a handicapped parking spot and allegations reported by 9News that he patronized an escort service.

Look Judge Naughty Nottingham has his friends on his side. Yes the Republican Party, Satan, Rev. Hagee and many others who support Naught's conduct and wouldn't allow his removal from the Court. It's time Americans woke up to the fact things have changed. Republican pimps and do what they want and they are cheered for their actions. Now even some corrupt Democrats fit that bill to. As for others well like Eliot Spitzer, Bill Clinton and other Democrats they are sinners and shouldn't be allowed to be in the Government. Now we have no Justice System or Supreme Court as both are under the control of the Dictator Dick Cheney. Nottingham will remain in office because he's a good corrupt soldier and Satan likes him.
