Palfrey Update #30 - Judge Sets Evidentiary Hearing November 28.

An update from Ms. Palfrey's attorney Montgomery Sibley:

Judge Kessler to Revisit Injunction
at Evidentiary Hearing

Greetings:

Today, Judge Kessler entered two Orders.

The first order granted Jeane's request to hold an evidentiary hearing on Jeane's request to dissolve the temporary injunction which prohibits Jeane from proceeding in her civil suit. That suit -- Palfrey v. Neble -- was filed against those former-escorts who have breached their contracts with Jeane not to engage in illegal activity. That hearing is set for Wednesday, November 28, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 26A of the federal courthouse in Washington D.C. and should prompt the government to call one or more of the former escorts as witnesses.

Second, Judge Kessler entered an order indicating that she would not take up Jeane's selective prosecution argument citing Jeane's failure to demonstrate a basis to believe that the prosecution of her was improperly motivated.

To remind folks who is Neble:

Paula Neble, is known to have told federal prosecutors that she had sex for money while working for Palfrey. Palfrey is suing her for breach of contract.

Paula Neble, who worked for Palfrey between 1999 and 2006, reportedly told the grand jury she considered her work to be prostitution. The testimony made no mention of Louisiana Senator David Vitter (R), who was then a Representative.

Neble has not been charged in connection with Palfrey's case, and will reportedly testify for the prosecution, in return for immunity, according to sources cited by WTOP.

Palfrey filed a civil suit against Neble, accusing her and 15 Jane Does of breach of contract, "by engaging in illegal sexual activities with customers of the escort service."

WTOP reports that Neble's cell phone number appeared 1,590 times in Palfrey's records, including in conjunction with calls to Vitter.

I hope the Judge reads the news papers as a Law Maker's male prostitute gives and interview to the press. Yes this Law Maker was so honest they he didn't have enough money for the services he left his wallet as payment. Now their was no arrest or problem with the fact the male prostitute serviced a Law Maker but the DOJ finds massages illegal. More names will come out and more male/female prostitutes will go public for the money.

Larry Flynt is a big help to expose elected officials who have and had solicit or engage in sex with prostitutes. For Flynt, it is to expose the hypocrites. For Mr. Sibley and Ms.Palfrey, it is to call those exposed elected officials as key witnesses to the case to prove how these elected officials were not charged for engaging in sex with prostitutes nor probed for an investigation by the ethics committee.
