Blogger Beldar just got off the phone with the Hennepin, County Court Clerk. He was trying to find out if there was a Form 11 in the file showing Craig had been advised of and waived his right to counsel.
The Clerk said she didn't see one and told Beldar a hearing has been set for September 26th at 1:30 pm on Craig's motion to withdraw the plea.

Now we'll see if his guilty plea is withdrawn. The Gerbil might wish he never made that call to Craig. Guilty or Not Guilty this case has allowed people to think and talk about how they feel about gay people. Prejudice of any kind is wrong but Craig will have to deal with his record. The GOP want him out even before his case came to media attention. Now news names are coming out how will they be treated. Even Republicans are now changing parties before the election.
